Fantastiskt radhus med parkering, bara några kvarter från monument och museer

Vi erbjuder ett fantastiskt radhus på BÄSTA läget i Washington, D. C. nära monumenten och två kvarter från den nya utvecklingen The Wharf! Vi erbjuder ett modernt kök, 3 sovrum och 2 badrum (2 sovrum och 1 badrum på varje våning). På första våningen hittar du det moderna köket och en matsal. På andra våningen finns ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng, garderob och mycket ljus. Ett separat badrum med badkar, toalett och handfat, ett TV-rum med 2 bekväma bussar, platt-TV och ett skrivbord, samt tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. På tredje våningen erbjuder vi ytterligare två sovrum, ett med en dubbelsäng och det andra med två enkelsängar och en rullabädd, plus ett extra badrum.

Great apartment! Beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds and an adorable kid's bedroom. Gonzalo was very responsive to questions and met us at the front door to make sure we could use the lock app. Really nice guy who cares about the space. It was pristine. Even better than the photos. We werent sure about the neighborhood, usually stay near Dupont Circle. It was an easy walk from the Metro and 2 blocks from the Wharf which was a lot of fun!

Host was very welcoming, house was well appointed, warm despite the frigid weather! Great location, we were able to find a grocery store within a 10 minute walk, lots of restaurants nearby. Capital One center was a chilly 25 minute walk, The Anthem was a quick 8 minute walk. On site off street parking a plus given the snow banks blocked half the street! All in alll a great stay, would choose to stay here again!

Outstanding. The host met me walking up to the door. Fantastic gent. Gave me a brief tour and made sure I knew where things were. The place was as described, clean, accessible, close to many things including our conference venue and many great places to eat. I would stay here again, no question. Great place with great hosts!

Overall our stay was very good. Very welcoming and communicative host. The kids room was great for families and could easily sleep 4 kids. Nice family and TV room too. Convenient parking. The AC situation is suboptimal. There were individual window units in each bedroom which were really loud which could be troublesome for a light sleeper. But at least kept the rooms cool. Be prepared for steep stairs, which can be tough with little kids.

Worked well for our family of 6. Great kitchen, very clean, large bedrooms and living area ( though sofas were a bit worn). Private parking was a huge plus. Excellent location for getting around Washington, D.C. and a short walk to great restaurants at The Wharf! We checked in on a very hot day, and air conditioner was not working. We contacted our host and he sent someone over immediately. After a quick reset of a fuse, we cooled off and stayed cool throughout our stay.

Great location but insufficient air conditioning

There are a lot of good things to say about this unit. The location is great! You can easily walk to the Wharf for dinner, and those up for a little more exercise can walk to key attractions like the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum. The neighborhood is quiet, despite being in a big city.The unit was well-stocked with kitchen supplies, and the host provided additional towels/washcloths upon request. The host is a gem, very kind and working hard to make sure you have a good experience. We loved the fact that this rental has 3 bedrooms, making it easy to space out our children.There are some maintenance items that need to be addressed in the unit, but the biggest problem we encountered is that the HVAC system is simply incapable of keeping up with the summer heat. Even though the host set it to 70 degrees on the first floor, I never saw it get below 73. The second floor is quite warm, and it was difficult to spend much time there without being uncomfortable. The third floor is equipped with two room air conditioners for the bedrooms, which made sleeping possible. You have to leave them running 24/7 or they will "fall behind" and not cool easily to your desired temperature in the evening. There is very little AC in the bathrooms.One other downside to the unit is that there is no outside space for kids to play or adults to relax in the evening. If the AC were fixed and there was a little extra deep cleaning, I would give this unit a 5-star rating.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely place for a few days during the height of the heatwave in June 2025. The location was great and the customer service we received from Gonzalo and Luissa was beyond accommodating. They were wonderful and easy to communicate with. The property was perfect for our needs. We are a family of 6 and we had ample space for ourselves to spread out or to be together! The property was very clean and in a great location. It was a short walk to lots of nice Restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Centralized Location

This property met all of our needs. The host was amazing, especially communicating with us and giving tips to make our stay even better. The townhouse was very clean, comfortable and in a safe location. We were just a quick walk to the Wharf and a little walk to the National Mall. You can easily get around by renting a bike or scooter. There is a grocery store and a CVS very close to this townhouse. I would highly recommend this property to families and couples visiting DC!

Perfect location!

The hosts were so gracious and friendly! The home is exactly as pictured and comfortable. The location is perfect. There is a free shuttle that runs during the day and into the evening that takes you to the National Mall and other sites such as the Wharf. We had excellent dining options a short walk away. Definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location

The house was literally perfect! The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The location was far enough away from main roads to be quiet at night and very close to dining options. I would absolutely stay here again. Ohh and they had a box fan. I like a box fan at night when sleeping away from home. So much better than a white noise app!

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay to visit DC

The listing was accurate but the communication from the hosts is what made this place easy to find and access. The parking spot was very convenient and easy to access. The townhouse was attractive and comfortably outfitted and we loved that the bedrooms/baths were on different floors. Hosts were friendly and attentive.

Great place in a really nice location

This is a really great place to stay and explore DC. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and still very close to lots of good restaurants and walking distance to the main sites to see. The house itself is very comfortable and well appointed, and the hosts are really nice, responsive and helpful.
