The place was spotless...and I'm picky! His welcome instructions were great. He provided plenty of coffee and filters and other miscellaneous supplies. The kitchen was stocked with basic kitchen necessities. The location was excellent - we easily used the Metro and the bus, plus we tried several restaurants that were within walking distance. Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks, Greg.

When I got there, it took about 20 minutes to get in because none of the keys were working for the doorknob, and the code on the door was different than the lockbox. Then once we finally got inside, it was filthy. There was dirt and leaves on the floor in every room. There was hair and dandruff on the sheets and pillows. The bathroom vanities were dirty. One of the toilets had urine on the seat. There was glitter everywhere (no like literally everywhere. Couches, beds, floor, even the freezer???) and what looked like little bits of torn up wrappers on the floor. Then a big bug crawled across the floor while we were in the phone with support trying to cancel the reservation. It was a cute place and a great price, but it was filthy, and it’s insane that it was left that way.

Perfect location! I hate to tell y'all about this place because I want it to he available when I come back. Nice quiet neighborhood located close to bus and rail stations as well as manyboptions for eateries. Clean and welcoming. Well stocked. Detailed and friendly communication with readily available owner. Having a greatvplace like this to land makes me excited to come back to DC soon!

This place was bigger than I had expected!! Check in was easy and communication was in point. The kitchen had everything you needed. Plus some extras. Even extras in the restroom in case you forgot! There is a shared deck space with a grill, and a grocery store is within walking distance if you want to cook. Neighborhood was quaint and lots of families walking around. Walking distance to metro so you don't have to worry about driving in the city. I will re book!
