Southeast Luxe is a fully furnished private one-bedroom suite designed for travel nurses and corporate professionals seeking comfort, privacy, and convenience while staying in Washington, DC.

The space occupies its OWN DEDICATED FLOOR and features a private entrance, creating a quiet and independent living experience. The suite includes a private bedroom, with a small closet, private bathroom, and a spacious living area thoughtfully furnished for both relaxation and productivity. The cozy bedroom features a full bed, perfect for a soothing night's sleep. Enjoy the pleasant amenities such as comfy bedding, foam mattress, cooling pillows. The bathroom is full size shower with a bathtub and includes a hair dryer, Q-tips and cotton balls for your convenience. Also included is a First Aid Kit, a fire extinguisher, and fire blanket.

The space has a kitchenette equipped with a mid-size refrigerator (much larger than a mini-fridge), microwave, drip & k-cup coffee maker, hot water heater, paper towel holder, and toaster oven allows for easy day-to-day meals, making the space ideal for short-, mid- or long-term stays. It is also equipped with bedroom and other storage. There is a faux marble top dining table with two comfy luxury chairs for dining. A workstation and swivel chair is also included, along with a leather couch and bookshelves. There is a bar, area with wine bottle opener and ice holder. The space includes a set of two gold silverware (knives, forks and spoons), clear plastic glassware, white dishes, bowls and plates, along with gold metal wine glasses. There is also a cabinet for groceries. All appliances and fixings are either silver metal or gold.

A washer & dryer is included in rent and located on 3rd floor of townhome. It is shared with host and one additional guest.

The host also offers an option for full-size kitchen use on the 2nd floor for an additional fee and is shared only with the owner and one additional guest. (photos are included on this listing). It has its own dedicated pots and pans in rose gold metal and use is only shared with the guest on the 4th floor.

Included in the living room area are workout gear such as an 8lb, 5lb and 3lb Free Weights, Elastic Workout Bands and a Workout Ball.
