I wanted to inform you that unfortunately, we ended up leaving the hotel last night around 11:00 PM. When we returned in the afternoon, the AC still wasn’t working properly, and my wife became very upset due to the uncomfortable room conditions. After trying to manage it for a while, we had no choice but to book another hotel for the night in order to get proper rest.
I shared this with the front desk attendant before leaving, but unfortunately, she did not seem to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation or express concern that we were checking out a night early due to the unresolved issue.
This experience was very disappointing and unlike anything I’ve encountered during my many hotel stays. I hope you are able to resolve the AC issue to ensure that future guests don’t go through the same frustration we did.
