First, communication was very difficult. The first phone number provided did not work at all. When we called the second number, a different person answered every time and did not know what was going on. Eventually, the property management stopped answering the phone completely, even though we called at least 10 to 12 times during an emergency.We also had issues with basic amenities. There was no body soap in the bathroom. We called in the morning and were told the owner's husband would bring some, but nobody came. Then they claimed they ordered it via Instacart twice and said it would arrive in 15 minutes. It finally arrived at midnight. Furthermore, there was not enough hot water for three people to take a shower.The most alarming issue was the door locks. The power went out for both the main door lock and the outdoor lock. We were already late for a conference located nearby. Because nobody was answering our multiple calls for help, we had no choice but to leave the doors completely unlocked and open.A representative named Diane told us on the phone that she would refund our money and speak with the owner. It has now been seven days. We have followed up multiple times and have not received a response.
