House Rules (Please Read Before Booking)
- No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10pm–8am.
- Only registered guests allowed unless pre-approved. Unauthorized guests incur a $25 per person, per day fee.
- No smoking or vaping of any kind, including marijuana, anywhere on the property. Violation results in a $500 fee.
- Pets allowed with approval and a $75 pet fee (no cats). Please share details in advance.
