DC Trip

House is located in a great area. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance, it was very easy to meet all of my families needs and get around the city by uber or scooter.

Such a great place to stay in DC! This house was so cute and walkable to all of the best spots in Capitol Hill. There were several great restaurants and cafes right around the corner (Call Your Mother is the BEST for breakfast). Check in/out was super easy and the house itself was very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you want to experience all DC has to offer!

Wonderful Hidden Gem

Beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect for where we needed to be each day for our work site. Property was very clean and had a wonderful ambiance that felt like coming home each day.

Excellent stay! Kam was super helpful and communicative. House was so fun! Beds were comfy, movie room was a great place for lounging and catching up, and neighborhood was super cute and walkable to tons of stuff. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family. The location is very convenient to restaurants and 5 minutes from Metro station. Host was very responsive prior to and during the stay. Would stay her again.

Great Spot

Very quick to the National Mall. House was perfect! Beds very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, movie room perfect for nights in. Appreciate you all letting us use this fantastic space. The check-in and out were very easy as well.

This is a great location for exploring DC. Many places to go within walking distance and a couple blocks from a Metro station. The layout worked for our family as we had a young family with 2 small children and the grandparents. It was difficult to understand the layout from the pictures. The level you walk into has the theater room. That is really the only "living" space". Up a flight of stairs is the kitchen and the red bedroom with good size bathroom. Down a flight of stairs is the lower basement level with two other bedrooms and a bathroom. The place is a guest house behind the main house and there are a few stairs up to enter as well. The host was very responsive and communicated well. Checking in and out was very easy.

We had a great time in this perfectly located flat near eastern market. Kam was super friendly and helpful. I would stay there again given the chance on our next visit to DC

My cousin and I traveled with my two college-age boys before they went back to school for a four day trip to DC. This house is located close to the national mall and museums. I very much appreciated the quick communication every time I asked a question. And I also appreciated the availability to store our luggage before check-in and after checkout.

Loved it!

The location was amazing! The house is so close to the Metro station, and being from a non-walkable city, it’s amazing to be somewhere residential but so close to so much. The house was exactly as explained/shown in the listing, which is always a relief. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean and nice. The host, Kameron, was exceptionally responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Short D.C. in & out

We were in DC for a concert at the anthem & this location worked out so well for us. Walkable to so many sites & metro as well so we were able to pack a lot into the one full day we had! The host, Kam was so welcoming, responsive & helpful throughout booking to checkout & after even. Attention to detail for sure and we will definitely stay again when back in DC.

Visit with adult children in DC

Great location with easy access to Eastern Market and Metro. The space was very clean and the communication with property managers was easy. It has a movie room but no living room. My family got together around the large kitchen table.

Great cubby

Host was extremely organized and the property was exactly as described in text and pictures. Unless you fly into DC, I would highly recommend working with host to get a parking pass far in advance. We didn't realize how tight parking was before our stay until it was too late. Nonetheless, our host worked with us and we are very glad for his efforts. Great property, great host, and great experience.

Cozy home away from home

Great place which is near the Eastern Market Metro station, about 3 minutes walk. The kitchen table with the long table is a great place for us to gather and catch up. Kids loved to hang with us in that area also. Kam is great and responded in timely manner. He has provided great tips for sight seeing and how to get around using the metro system. The house is festive which our kids love. If we ever return to DC, we definitely stay there.

Relaxing with family

This location is perfectly located for accessing the city and enjoying the shopping and restaurants of the eastern market district. The house was so comfortable and we loved the metro and movie themes throughout. The kitchen was a favorite chat and catch up location while the movie theatre was perfect for exploring new movies. We loved this seating was cozy and comfortable. Rooms /beds provided a great night's sleep. The cleanliness fantastic. Beautiful neighborhood to walk and enjoy...day or night.
