“My husband and I stayed two nights to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. From start to finish, this trip was amazing. The treehouse was tucked back into the woods with plenty of privacy. “What a beautiful home and amazing hosts! Every little detail was thought of! We brought clothes, groceries, beach towels and sunscreen. Kayaks and paddleboards available with a short walk to the dock. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood and a large screened porch for coffee and afternoon naps. “Summer camp cabin is right on the water, perfect for swimming. Be prepared for small mice, the cabin is old and not totally secure from critters. Don’t leave dry goods out, use the tin box on the table. Needed extra blankets from the trunk for cool nights but they were there. The bed was comfortable. Only a drip coffee pot, no Keurig. Great views and sounds of loons! Paths from parking and to the water are a bit steep so need to be careful. Totally worth it. ”
