“Very clean and nice lodging. Owners were great at communicating. Perfect base camp for anyone wanting to explore the valley and glacier. Only criticism would be that the tv in bedroom was not functioning. Not a big deal, would definitely stay again. ”

“My friend and I stayed in Unit B. It was beautiful, clean, and well located for our adventures. It was well stocked with pans, dishes, hair dryer, and other basics plus some thoughtful items. The two bedrooms plus 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom were perfect for us. I loved the high ceilings, the calm color scheme, and the kitchen with the big dining island was gorgeous. There is even a washer and dryer. The host was very responsive and communicated well. We will definitely stay here when we...

“It sure would have helped if the numbers in front had been more prominent. We stayed 4 nights. We missed the entrance almost every time we returned. Otherwise, it was a lovely place and I would stay again.”

“Great property and great hosts. We had one small issue with the oven but the hosts hopped on the phone with us and helped us troubleshoot and fix the problem! Great experience!”

“She's an old gal, but she's a cutie-pattotie! Quiet neighborhood despite its looks. Does get warm in the evenings, but owner has provided fans (thank you for those). Will be booking again, if in the area.”

“Overall very good stay just shy of excellent. There were a couple of minor details that weren't deal breakers but were minor annoyances - master bathroom outlet didn't work, ice maker in fridge didn't work, slight odor downstairs on day one. Laundry and dishwasher all worked and there was soap and detergent there already which was very nice. Like i said though this was a very good stay and i would not hesitate to stay again.”

“The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. ”

“What a great place to stay and a great location! Our plane took off at 4 and they gave us a late checkout, absolutely no hassle! They also stocked the refrigerator with eggs/cheese/half and half/butter etc so we didn’t have to buy them! I highly recommend this place! ”

Westmark Anchorage Hotel

8/10 Bra

"Old hotel but does the job. Big spacious rooms and balcony but no chairs to sit down on. Make sure to get a room high up or the traffic will be very loud. Younger staff has attitude like bored teenagers and are only there for the paycheck. Breakfast is toast, muffins and coffee and everyone has a problem with the toaster which has been around since the 18:th century. I stayed here because it’s in downtown and easy to walk to everything."
