The Space:

Experience breathtaking views and 200 feet of direct access to Green Bay, ideal for various water activities. Our seasonal dock and available kayaks provide opportunities for paddling, or you can fish right from the property. When you're not swimming in Green Bay's refreshing waters, you'll love the proximity to Chaudoirs dock County Park and Boat Launch, and the picturesque Potawatomi State Park, perfect for hiking, biking, and nature exploration. Downtown Sturgeon Bay is just minutes away, offering shopping, dining, art galleries, and all the charms of Door County.



This property allows up to 1 well-behaved dog, with an additional fee collected at booking.

- Patio furniture including a love seat, 7 chairs and coffee table

- Bench provided near shoreline

- Charcoal grill (guests provide own charcoal)

- Fire pit with 4 chairs (please bring local firewood)

- Outdoor games including a basketball and hoop, bocce ball, croquet and a frisbee disc

- 6 parking spots available in driveway with room for a trailer



Water Access:

- 200' of waterfront on Green Bay w/ dock

- Steep stairway from yard down to water front as seen in photos

- Dock installed seasonally, dates fluctuate typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day

- Watercraft docking is not allowed

- Water is approximately 3 feet deep at end of dock

- Bottom is rocky and transitions to sand at about 3 feet deep

- Water is swimmable pending water conditions Water shoes are recommended

- Shoreline is grassy



This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.



Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.



Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
