“A really cool hotel with very friendly staff. The only down side was the breakfast that wasn’t fully included. You got a voucher to use in the neighboring cafe, but it wasn’t enough to cover a full breakfast and the cafe was closed on Mondays. However, the cafe was great!”

“I also stay at this location when we visit our family friend who lives in Independence. This was extra special because there was a surprise blue grass jam!!”

“Rooms are generally clean, but there was ketchup or sauce on the wall by the microwave and other little things that show only the basic cleaning gets done. They over chlorinate the pool in the afternoon, so if you go later in the day and/or the evening it's so bad your eyes are burning and skin gets very irritated. I know this happens then because our 1st night there we went down to sit in hottub and it was so bad we couldn't hang out long. We avoided it Sat, then had grandkids spend the night...

“Had a great stay at Comfort Inn in Waverly - good location - close to both applebies and Wallmart. Really nice pool and whirlpool!! Breakfast was somewhat limited - but given the price of the room, I guess I should not complain too much.”

“The room was is good condition although I don't believe it had been vacuumed because of large toenail clippings on the floor by the bed and the shelf by the bed hadn't been wiped off. Otherwise the staff was very friendly. And the rest of the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. ”
