“Nice quaint cottages in the countryside of Ovid, NY. Close to wineries. You will need to bring paper plates, bowls, etc. if you plan on eating at the cottage. Cottage was clean and host would quickly respond to any questions.”

Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches ”

“This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again.”
