Property was fantastic, lots of small details to make our stay comfortable. Communication with host was prompt and clear. We had a fantastic time and would love to go back in the future.

Such an awesome location right on the beach with all the comforts of home. The beachy decor was over the top (in the right way). Plenty of room for a big family. Couch was so comfy and large enough for 6 people easily (with a pull out trundle). Lots of beach equipment in the outside closet including chairs and towels (only missing tennis rackets but we did use the pickball ones).

This place is wonderful and they have almost everything you will need! There were 6 of us, 2 kids, my husband and myself plus my parents, and we had plenty of space, the couch was super comfy! Everything was clean, lots of games for the family to play, lots of beach things to enjoy! Decor was adorable! Will definitely be back!

The host was so easy to work with. We enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the unit. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and laundry and the unit was full of little extra touches that we enjoyed. The unit did not have a view to speak of but was quiet and easy to access because it is on the first floor near the parking lot. If you have any mobility issues it is perfect!

Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The perfect setting ......pond in one direction and sea grasses and the beach in the other direction. Pajarro Dunes is a one of a kind complex on the coast and is very close to Santa Cruz beach and Boardwalk. Also very close Monterey Aquarium and Pacific Grove.... as well as Carmel and Point Lobos.It was hard to visit everything that was close. I just wanted to relax and enjoy the comfy unit and fireplace. If we forgot anything, there was a market and Target within a few minutes. Lovely place. Lovely stay!

Spent few days with my family in the beach condo. Everything was exactly as per the description, clean, spacious and very well located for any sightseeing in the area followed by a relaxing evening at the beach!

the home was very inviting, cozy and clean.I was very impressed with the amenities, they had everything we needed for the stay, from coffee and paper plates to spices for your meals..(things I thought I would need to bring). loved this place...we will be back...
