“First I do want to say the host was very responsive! The house was not clean there was a broken window in the basement. I do think that should have said in the listing that the other couch and bathroom were in the basement! The bathroom floor in the basement was coming up. The house smelled very bad. The house is very cute it it was kept up on. We had issues with the place and addressed with the host and the host do respond and told us we could leave and they would understand. “This is a great home in quiet suburban Schaumburg. Convenient location and great amenities. As we traveled with dogs, it was especially great that the yard is fenced in and has a dog poop station complete with baggies - like the best of dog parks! And the kitchen was well stocked, especially with many options for making coffee (we opted for the easy Keurig! lol). “Cozy is right!!! I felt welcomed and at peace when I entered home. This home is a great space for adults and families. The pictures are 100% accurate. The beds are super soft and we all had a much needed restful night. I sent a message to the host at check in and check out and received immediate responses.Great parking for multiple vehicles in the driveway. Peaceful neighborhood and conveniently located near a shopping plaza and Metra train station. I would, hands down, rent this cozy home...

“The property was perfect for the 14 of us. The dining room, kitchen and living room were roomy enough for all of us. The deck provided extra seating and the master bedroom was spectacular with a wonderful view of the lake.”

“It was clear that house was owned by a private equity firm and it was handled like a business. We had a multi month stay and only asked once for it to be cleaned once, and they charged us for the cleaning. Meanwhile, they would’ve paid for five or six cleanings themselves between normal stay guests.They did a good job renovating the house they bought though.”
