“This was just a great place to stay! Very convenient (and walkable) to lots of places to eat. Rooms were clean and simple and perfect. The whole property was clean and well kept. The staff we met, Billy and Braedon, were very friendly and helpful and provided us with loads of information—guiding us to come back!! The other staff in the office were super friendly and helpful too. We are so glad life afforded us to come to Avon and stay at the Avon Motel!! ”

“I cannot say enough great things about renting this property. The amount of amenities was not something I've experienced in all my years renting. We did not have to bring beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and they even provided a cart to haul everything to the beach! It was wonderful! “Stayed here for a week with the the whole family (two kids under 10 and five adults). The house was exactly what we expected and great for our trip. We especially loved the location just down the street from the beach and sound. We made most of our own meals while staying, utilizing both the kitchen and the Blackstone (though my husband notes the attached side pieces on the grill get hot so he needed a side table for plates).
