“I got into the room I booked to find the ceiling hanging down as soon as you enter with 2 garbage buckets under. The was another leak in another part of the ceiling not close to the first leak. There was a dirty hand print in the bathroom on the wall. I told the front desk (said no one made a note about the situation) and they put me in a room 107 where the flooring was coming apart, bathroom faucet handle came off off if you pulled it. “This establishment is poorly managed. No working phone in the room to call front desk. You have to request room cleaning and change bed sheets, etc. and have to walk to front desk to ask for that. No working pool.”
