Designed for families and groups of up to 10 guests, Mojo Manor delivers the best of both worlds: a fun-packed home base with an amenity-loaded heated game garage and a private fenced "backyard resort," all just 0.9 miles from the heart of Downtown Waynesville. With fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi and bedrooms located upstairs away from the entertainment areas, it's easy to stay up late without waking early sleepers.

CHEF'S KITCHEN + GATHERING SPACES

Our bright, open kitchen is built for group meals — premium appliances, quartz countertops, and seating so no one gets stuck cooking alone. Fully stocked with glassware, plates, utensils for kids and adults, pots and pans, crock pot, toaster oven, coffee station (K-cups + drip), ice maker and filtered water. The kitchen flows directly into the dining and living areas.

LIVING ROOM

Plenty of seating and an electric fireplace for that cozy mountain feel, plus a large 85" Smart TV for movie nights and multiple lounge areas to spread out.

MOJO'S ARCADE — THE HEATED GAME GARAGE

This is the feature guests talk about. Private, heated, and packed for all ages: pool table, foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard with LED lighting, retro arcade games (arcade basketball, Big Buck Hunter, Mortal Kombat and more), PS4 with a large game library, Smart TV, and a large futon that lays flat for extra sleeping flexibility.

BACKYARD RESORT

A fully fenced yard designed for all-day play and evening hangouts, with great visibility for parents: hot tub, fire pit with seating, 3-hole putting green, enclosed gravel court for bocce/horseshoes/cornhole, disc golf basket, ladder golf, kids playset with swings, gas grill, 2-person hammock, and string lights throughout.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (all bedrooms upstairs)

• Primary: King bed + en-suite full bath

• Bedroom 4: Twin-over-Full bunk

Plus a lay-flat futon in the game garage and two comfortable couches. Additional linens and pillows provided.

Primary en-suite full bath, upstairs full bath (tub/shower), and a downstairs half bath near the kitchen.

High chair (freestanding + table-mounted), baby gate, pack-n-play with mattress pad, baby bath, kids books and toys, and baby utensils/plates/bowls.

500 Mbps Wi-Fi throughout (including the game garage), central heat and air with a dedicated upstairs zone, and a separate mini-split in the game garage.

PETS WELCOME

Well-behaved dogs are welcome (up to 2, $100 per dog). The 8' privacy fence keeps them safe, and we provide a dog bed, bowls, and waste bags.

A NOTE TO OUR GUESTS

Mojo Manor sits in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep music at a reasonable level — quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Smoke/CO detectors throughout, a locking hot tub cover, and child-safe fence latches. One exterior security camera faces the front driveway only; there are no cameras indoors or in the backyard.
