Vackert lyxigt hem med utmärkt utsikt. Enkel åtkomst med en mild körning upp till hemmet. Fyra sovrum och 4 bad med allt på en våning. Stor designer kök. Mycket väl möblerade och inredda. Vackert anlagd gård. 2 eldstäder med stengas. Bekväma sängkläder. TV i varje sovrum och i vardagsrummet. Kabel-TV, trådlöst internet med hög hastighet. Täckt veranda. Gas Grill, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, diskmaskin, centralvärme och luft, garage, altan.

1: a våningen: 2 master sovrum ett med en king size-säng i Kalifornien och den andra med en king size-säng, 1 sovrum med badrum, tvättstuga, 2 sovrum med badrum, 3: e sovrum med king size-säng och badrum . Fjärde sovrummet med en queen size-säng och ett badrum. Vardagsrum, (gas spis), matsal, familjerum, (gas spis) och kök.

Ägare Huruvida evakueringsrättigheter och rökfria tillägg krävs för att undertecknas tillsammans med semesteravtalet.

This was a wonderful house enjoyed by four couples for a week of fall gorgeous weather and golf in the mountains. The house was beautifully appointed and had a well equipped kitchen for all our cooks. The home is well situated for trips to town for shopping and dining. We Will definitely be back!

Short Couples Weekend in the Mountains

We loved this property! The house is beautiful and exactly as described - in fact, the back two bedrooms are much bigger than we anticipated. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the internet is decent, especially for the mountains. We loved the wild turkeys, deer, and rabbits in the yard. If you fill the bird feeders, there are a ton of birds that will visit! It’s a quick trip into Waynesville (loved Beach Mountain Diner) and an easy 30-35 min drive to downtown Asheville.

Great views!

The house has incredible views, as depicted in the photos, and plenty of space. The lot was very secluded and private, the furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was amazing. We loved our stay!

4 Old "Sista's"

Beautiful location , honestly think there could of should of been a nice welcoming package or call from Agent, instead there was a list of fines if you did something wrong. Serious issue with trash, 2 small cans provided and we were a party of 8 adults. If you fill the cans, which we did in 2 days , you are told you must bring trash to the Maggie Valley Real Estate office dumpster. We paid over $4,000 to stay there and are being told to put trash in our car and drive to Maggie Valley. After two calls to the office we were told they would come out and collect the trash, they never did, we just purchased large trash bags . The online listing states the property has 4 bedrooms with bathrooms, that is not correct . One bedroom (4th ) says it has a queen size bed and full bath. The bath is across hall into the laundry area and then there is a door into a bathroom. 4 Sista's and husbands had to draw straws, no one was happy about that. Otherwise enjoyed the most gorgeous views, beautiful fire place, there are two, only one works, large family & dining table to play cards.

Beautiful property and amazing view has a few issues ie dishwasher was broke so had to hand wash all

Overall good experience other than some issue ie dishwasher was broke whole time there had to hand wash all some but not major cleanliness issues but the amazing views made up for all

Family Gathering

The property exceeded my expectation. The house was beautiful inside but the outside was extraordinary........Incredible view of mountains but also beautiful blooming flowers and bushes and the greenest grass. I cannot say enough of the grounds.

Beautiful home and Appointments

This home is absolutely beautiful as the pictures online show; in person there is so much space and picturesque views. Each room and bedroom have high quality appointments. The bedrooms were very comfortable and also provided a lot of space. The area is vibrant again with dining, golfing and shopping. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. We checked in and out after hours which went very smoothly. Not a detail was missed on this rental property from start to finish.

Luxury and a Superb View

This is a fantastic find. A very large one-story home with four bedrooms, a large den/living room, dining room, and full kitchen. The patio is the most amazing space with a stunning view of the mountains. The house is also remote in woods, although just several blocks from a major road. Highly recommend. And a very good rate given what you get.

Truly a Hidden Gem!

This is a gorgeous home! It has everything and more! Won't disappoint! We truly loved it! It was huge, comfortable furnishings, many appliances, linens, you name .. this house had it ... we WILL go back ... loved the location and the views were amazing .. loved sitting on the back porch!
