“We were looking for a place to stay in north Carolina for our vacations, but we also needed to do a little of remote work. We found The perch and it was a perfect fit for us. The neighborhood is calm and we had a beautiful view from the deck. There is also a lot of different activities that we did around (nature, brpw, town of Waynesville and Ashville, etc.). The cottage was really clean with a lot of space for us and our dog. We would definitly go back if we are in the area again.”

“My sister and I stayed here with our families for a winter ski vacation. We came in January, and got caught in snow all week! It was gorgeous! The driveway is a little steep, so definitely prepare in freezing/winter conditions! It was so peaceful, convenient to Waynesville and Cattaloochee Ski Slope! Hot tub was a plus! “This property is amazingly beautiful. The view is amazing. You can open the door from the main room and see the mountains its gorgeous. The house is very clean and stocked with just about everything you need. However our one and only complaint is the driveway it is terrrible it says trailer parking. You could not get a trailer down that driveway and then you certainly wouldnt get it out. Overall I would definitely stay here again.”
