Fritidshus i Weaverville

“The place was cute and exactly as described. When we arrived, it was horribly musty smelling. We had to open all the doors and windows and turn on the fans. There were gnats in the kitchen area and the bathroom, dust bunnies in multiple places, and a missing smoke detector. The yard had not been mowed recently and was unpleasant to walk through to the creek. There was a fire pit with yard chairs stacked on top. No firewood in sight. At the total price of $241 for one night, we were disappointed.”

“Quaint and cozy cottage. Great for our long weekend stay. Thanks again!”

“We stayed here when dropping our child off for camp. The home was cozy and much better than simply staying at a hotel. The host was communicative and kind. Loved our stay!”

“Beautiful property with many conveniences of home and absolutely pristine clean facilities. Property is delightful and quiet, a wonderful place to call home while enjoying the winding roads and mountains all around. The only caution I offer is that the fold out bed is probably not suitable for anyone too tall. My husband and I are 5”9’ and 5”8’ respectively and we were quite comfy, but there would not be much more room in the sleeping area for more height. We had a marvelous motorcycle long...

“History buffs will especially appreciate this house. The owners have come up with a good compromise between historical accuracy and modern livability. The kitchen is adequately furnished, and the beds are very comfortable. Plenty of towels, and the bathroom and shower-tub are totally functional. Plenty of hot water, which can sometimes be an issue with older homes. There are multiple grocery stores a short driving distance from the place, and the downtown is very close. Easy access to the River...

“Great place to stay and set up to bring dogs with also. 2 bedrooms with 2 baths attached to bedrooms. Kitchen set up to be able to cook in easily though cottage close to town of Black Mountain that has great restaurants. Cottage also has washer and dryer which was helpful. Also has hot tub which we used one evening. Fenced in yard for dogs. Very comfortable up to house up to 4 people.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here… it’s the perfect cottage for a small family to enjoy their time in surrounding areas. Cottage is up on a mountain and we were there in June and it was 10 degrees cooler than in town! Cottage is well maintained and has all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. We will be back!!!”

“This beautiful cottage is so perfectly located and beautifully appointed! Could not have been easier or better. Black Mountain, Montreat, Asheville -- you will see it all and stay in a convenient and super cute little house. Everything is new and nice and you'll love it!”

“Great property and hosts!! It was so cozy and the hosts made it so easy to navigate (easy how to videos for things like the firepit and hot tub)…would definitely recommend!!”
