When we got there at 3 (the published check in time) the cleaner was still there cleaning. She came out and let me know she would be another 10 minutes. I said OK because what else can I do? I wasn't going to raise a stink, I would just wait. I messaged the owner and asked what they planned to do to make things right about the late...
