  • This generously proportioned 120 m² maisonette in the heart of Weimar offers plenty of space for the whole family or a vacation with friends.
    The romantic and historic old town of Weimar is just a few minutes' walk away. There you will find the Bauhaus Museum, the German National Theater, Goethe's residence and garden house, and the beautiful promenade in Schillerstrasse.
    The apartment offers a small bedroom for 2 persons, a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area.
    On the upper floor there is a large living area with characteristically highlighted roof beams, a south-facing balcony, an infrared sauna, fireplace, games and books. The armchairs with sleeping function can be comfortably placed together. The sleeping area is 154x191 cm.
    There is a further bedroom for two people on this floor with an adjoining dressing room.

The host was very communicative and was quick to answer any questions. The loft is on the third floor above an interior decorator business. The neighborhood is quiet, and it is easy to walk to the town center or catch a bus. It is also close to the central train station. It is a 6-10 minute walk downhill from the station to the loft, or you could take a bus, which is 10-15 minutes depending on how long you wait for the bus. The sauna in the loft is quite nice, and the beds are very comfortable. The only concern would be if you are staying during a hot part of the year. There is no AC, and being on the third floor would make it very difficult. Temperatures during our stay were around 21 C, and we were comfortable.
