“The room was very clean however there was a lack of attention to detail in other areas. Eg we were given the wrong room and had to explain to reception the room we had booked wasn’t the one allocated, we didn’t get our water or biscuits replaced after housekeeping had been through and we found a used face washer in the shower. Small things but for the price we paid we expected more.”

“Clean bedroom with ensuite and friendly staff at reception and the restaurant. The menu was varied and the food quality good, with a good range of non-alcoholic beers.
I slept with the window open as the plug-in fan could only be set for up to 2hrs; it would've been inconvenient to wake up too hot every 2 hrs and restart it. My room was above the car park and disco, which thankfully finished at 10pm on a Saturday. ”
