“Due to an AC issue, I didn’t stay the night. Very cute. Location was perfect. Clean. Contact with host was quick and that was appreciated.”

“Beautiful clean unit with a responsible host! Check in was easy, and the unit was reasonably priced and just what we needed. Except for; the listing says air conditioned yet there is no thermostat in the unit. Every day the unit was comfortable, but at night time it got excessively hot. I had to message the host each time I wanted the unit cooler and it didn’t really seem successful. For a listing that isn’t a room in a house, it’s its own studio apartment, I should have my own temperature...

“If your looking for just a clean room- check! If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other...

“The place was pretty clean - towels and bedsheets smelling very fresh. The place is exactly as the pictures. The only issue I had was the lock not working with the assigned code but the host made sure I got a physical key. My checking was at 3pm but I couldn't arrived until midnight... GOSH, he answered the phone at that time to help me out. Juan was awesome!”

“The apt was very clean and offered great privacy .Only suggestion I would have is having a couple of bottles of water in the frig for travelers getting in late.”

“Liked: Very clean and comfortable studio. Check-in was so easy. Chris was amazing and gracious. He responded to emails immediately. Private entrance. Great parking It was on a very quiet and private street. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants and stores. You couldn't ask for a better place. I highly recommend it. Thank you, I appreciate you. Chris 10/10”

“Room was clean and well maintained. Check in was easy with clear instructions from host. Would definitely stay again. Great place. Quite and safe ”

“horrible experience Mold and water damage and peeling paint door handle came off so I was locked out until a locksmith came to replace the door handle left sharp metal parts of the broekn handle in front of the entance no hot water and charged for damaging a crib that I never saw or touched a HORRIBLE place”

“Private back patio space is perfect for home bodies that enjoy being outdoors. The bed is extremely comfortable and the kitchen can cook any meal, convenient or gourmet. The laundry mat is a convenient 3 min walk, & very well established, opened until 10pm. The bathroom is luxurious with ample space and modern feel all around. The hosts are extremely friendly & accommodating. It was a real pleasure to stay the 2 weeks at this residence. It will definitely be considered in the future as I...

“The cottage was cute as can be and super clean ! Helen even left some snacks for me to munch on . She was very attentive and helpful from beginning to end . Great neighborhood near the beach ! I would definitely stay again :)”

“This place is great!! I've stayed here twice and would definitely stay again. It's super clean and check in is easy. As a likely converted garage, this place is pretty small. The bed takes up a good portion of the studio room. But the outfitted kitchen is nice so you can eat in vs going out to eat.I will stay here again!”
