Hotellet ligger längs en väldigt trafikerad motorled och verkar ha några år på nacken. Rummen var nog det tråkigaste vi bott i på länge, sängmadrasserna alldeles fjädriga och flyttade på sig så fort man rörde sig i sängen. Barnen gillade poolen, även om vi vuxna tyckte den var i minsta laget. Vi har bott på ganska många Hampton Inn i USA, och det här var det tråkigaste. ”

“Very nice place in lovely Manchester. Picked the hotel because it has pool and the kids love that, especially when it is as hot as it was this day. But we were told that the pool pump was broken since several days and the front desk didn’t seem to care at all about it or that we were disappointed. Not so serviceminded. Room and breakfast nice though. ”

“Owners & staff were great, loved the atmosphere & location. Room was huge & clean, with VERY MUCH appreciated LARGE sliding doors closet space with floor space too. Liked the large room mirror, & extra sink. Shower was large & very safe> ie > safety handle exactly where it should be. Loved the Lobby set- up, with 24 hr. coffee bar, & a variety of coffees & even flavors to add if so desired. Lobby also had round the clock 24 hr. music through a good speaker system. “My wife and I selected Palmer House based on the photos on VRBO. Upon driving the property towards our room we suddenly realized things looked different. Upon entering the room we noticed a distinct smell. The bathroom shown online looks very nice and updated with a beautiful shower, white cabinets and looked very modern. Ours was nothing like that. We had a tan handicap tub, urine stained tiles, a counter and sink that looked very old, and old brown cabinets. Needless to say we were...
