This place is gorgeous and super well maintained. We really wish we could have stayed longer than just the weekend - we didn't even get to enjoy the beautiful hot tub! But we were out and about enjoying the local sights and bike trails. We were able to star gaze as if we were at Cherry Springs State Park in the backyard because of how dark it is! We had a minor hiccup with an appliance in the home and MVR was instantly responsive and provided a solution right away. You can't ask for more. This was our second visit to an MVR property and certainly will not be our last.

Peaceful and Scenic house

Family get together in Wellsboro near the PA Grand Canyon. House was luxury— better than what I have at home. Everything in the house was so thoughtful and pleasant for the needs of guests! House is really close to shopping and outdoor activities. If the weather is right you will have an amazing view of the sunrise from the front deck. Whole family enjoyed the hot tub. Would recommend to anyone seeking a getaway. Remember to bring additional supplies if you’re staying more than a weekend. Weis grocery store available at 5 minutes away if you forgot anything.

Beautiful Home

The home is as advertised. Peaceful and great for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. Home is in a great location for the local sites and just a short drive to the Finger Lakes. Definitely would rent again. Management was very quick to respond .

Weekend Getaway

We spent a long weekend at this property and it was so relaxing. The property was extremely clean and spacious. We enjoyed using the grill, hot tub, and fire pit. Breathtaking views as well! Would highly recommend and would like to visit again soon.

Nothing short of amazing

The property was absolutely perfect- a beautiful location, lots of privacy, and complete tranquility. We were looking for a quiet weekend away to just relax and wellsboro and the Sunrise Ridge Ranch was perfect. By far- this is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Completely updated, clean, and cozy. PA Grand Canyon only a 20 minute drive away. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay!

Sunrise ridge is the perfect spot for a getaway. The pictures don't do it justice and the views from every where are breath taking. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Hot tub was amazing and they supply outdoor towels for the hot tub. House seems to be in the middle of nowhere but it's within a 5 minute drive to the town of Wellsboro. We will definitely be booking this house again!

Beautiful property

This was the nicest property I’ve ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. When I made a mistake with the locking mechanism on the door, management cheerfully arrived right away and resolved the issue. I highly recommend this beautiful property.

Girls Getaway

Beautiful home!

My husband and I were in PA to attend the Eastern Traditional Archery Rendezvous and I’m not a fan of camping. The home looked completely renovated and decorated beautifully. Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows! Our favorite spot was the front porch because every evening we could get out of the sun and relax outside. Wellsboro downtown was a quick 5-10 min drive. I would definitely recommend this place. Quiet and peaceful

The home was very welcoming and comfortable. We loved the decor and there were plenty of supplies to help us get started with our vacation. It was very clean and orderly when we arrived. Very relaxing week in the country!

We were happy to see that while being just minutes from town and shopping, the property was very private and set back perfectly from the road. We truly enjoyed watching the wildlife walk around (mostly behind the house) through the pastures and fields. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, with nicely appointed furnishings and plenty of space for us to enjoy our activities in. We particularly enjoyed spending some time in the hot tub and several evenings by the fire pit. One night we even marveled at all the stars we could see in the night sky, given that there was no moon and zero clouds to obscure the view. Most mornings we would enjoy our coffee out on the front porch, looking over the still growing corn fields and spotting deer or turkeys off in the distance. We definitely plan on coming back to this property again in the future!

Farmhouse Heaven!

Purely relaxing and beautiful newly remodeled house. Pleasure to leave it as perfect as when we arrived. It was wonderful. Nice Hot Tub privacy fence. We bought and left S&P/Paper Plates/TP/Paper towels that would have been nice to have supplied amounts that would sustain thru 5 day stay (not 2days) Would have been nice to have a small supply of other items common with hotel stays such as Keurig coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Beautuful clean home and fun stay

We had a great family 3 night getaway in this beautiful home. Located 5 mins from the grocery store and the town of wellsboro. We were about 15 to 20 minutes from pine creek outfitters where we enjoyed renting kayaks on the creek and a 2 mile hike in the forest. The home was very clean, updated, had a large rain shower, nice open field with your own privacy, a fireplace and area to sit outside. We enjoyed the hot tub a lot !! The kids loved our trip as well. The description for this home was right on!

Birthday Week in Pine Creek

The Sunrise property is by far the best place we've stayed at in Tioga County. Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Outstanding scenery, saw turkeys and deer from the front porch. Anxious to return.
