“We had a good time in Wellsboro. The house was nice, the bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was with the amount of noise from traffic on the road and one night people were on the back of the property racing around. Which we realize the owner can't control that. We had room to park our boat too. Everything else was good. Would recommend this rental to others.”

“The Octagon was a great venue for a Memorial Day Weekend trip of eight life-long friends. Our 47th year! The house was perfect sized and offering room to hang out inside as well as outside by the fire pit. We cooked three dinners and found the kitchen perfect for our needs. Very secluded and no fear of disturbing neighbors with music or yelling during horseshoes matches. “This place is located less than 2 miles away from one of the various look-out stations for the Grand Canyon of PA. It is also 15 minutes away from the heart of Wellsboro. The suite is attached to a little convenience store (both owned by the same people). I had the pleasure of meeting Ken, who was very friendly and informative. He invited my dog and I to have icecream with them one night, however we were out too late in the night. A lovely place if you're looking to be very close to everything,...

“My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend and had a very nice time. It’s a bit farther back in the woods than I expected, but it gave us a lot of privacy which was appreciated! It was nice and cozy and I loved being able to sit by the electric fireplace and play games. Daryl gave great directions to the cabin and was very communicative and helpful! ”

“4 coworkers and I stayed here 4 nights, the evenings were so calm and serene. We built a fire in the fire pit 2 of those evenings and just sat around it with a glass of wine or a cup of tea relaxing after a long day of union business. The home was clean and comfortable.
