âMost of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. I have video and photos. Also, no hot tub. This was a Christmas gift to each other. Our stay was under welming. â

âThe amenities being different from the lodge was a little confusing/disappointing. Particularly the adherence to the 4pm check-in time and the upcharges associated with this. The host was accommodating as there were a few things missing. â
