“The staff is the friendliest and most helpful for anything and everything you need. The breakfast is fantastic and well maintained by staff for the whole breakfast period. Every one of them appears to love their job and they like each other too. You can tell at a business when this isn't the case. They all get along! And the pool, and hot tub are great additions. Would stay there anytime I went to Wenatchee without a doubt.”

“The room was nice but not very clean. We had to clean the desk chair by the way it was stained who knows what was done on it. All the tabletops and nightstands were filthy and had water marks from glasses from the prior visitors. Soap and shampoo pumps ran out, and we were only there for two days. We have stayed there before it has been much better but this time not so good.”

“They have no USB ports. All Carpet seams being held down with duct tape. Delaminating backing on the carpet and it’s like waves and ocean for trip hazards. And a complete maze to get to your room!!!!”

“Very disappointed with the breakfast items offered. We often book Quality Inns as the breakfast offers things compatible with both our diets. There wasn’t much on the counter we could eat. I contacted the front desk as there wasn’t no milk, no yogurt, no eggs (hot chafing dish was out of order but they could have had hard boiled eggs), no fruit, no hot cereal options.
