“This place was super nice. We would definitely come back. Lots of space for the kids to run around. The kitchen and bathrooms are all very high-end. We want to visit again when it’s warm out and go to Merango Cave, Patoka Lake, and Holiday world. Host is very easy to work with. Highly recommend. ”

“Really had a great time. Thought the cabins were great. Would rate 5 starts, but we had mice in cabin 5. Never saw one, there we several mice droppings every morn on the stove and countertops. Some in bathroom also. Didn’t bother me to bad but probably freek most out.”

“Place was fairly nice. Had an issue with significant odor coming from hot water. Talked with owner and he will probably change hot water heater. TV did not work and no instructions. Called manager who talked me thru hooking up the new satellite Dish system properly. Had to change HDMI plug. Place should come with printed TV use instructions for guests. WIFI not available which was advertised. Manager stated it was beyond their control. Outside had some hazards such as ground holes and caved in...

“Location was great- near Osborn boat ramp and just 10 minutes from Frenchlick. Cabin was adequate but could use a little more cleaning. There were cobwebs in the living room and bedroom plus mice droppings in the pantry. I live in the country and am used to this but had to do a little extra cleaning to feel comfortable. The front porch was very nice and since it rained 3 of the days we were there we spent quite a bit of time out there. Enjoyed the wood carvings around the cabins. ”
