“The host did a great job communicating throughout my entire booking and stay — very responsive and helpful. The home was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, it didn’t feel quite as cozy as it appeared in the photos. Some areas could be more functional — for example, the bathrooms had an odd layout and could use shelving for toiletries, and the beds weren’t very comfortable.Parking was also a challenge. “We rented the two units for a family event in NYC for July 4th. We were comfortable and enjoyed the rooftop view of the NYC skyline and the fireworks. One unit was cleaner than the other and both need some updates (in my opinion). The pillows, bedding and towels were low quality. The beds were decent, the pull out couch mattresses were very thin, we only needed one so we doubled them up and it was better. The units were not connected, but you can access both through the garage. Lots of steps...

“Frukost OK rummet OK men förvänta inte er lyx. Rummet beställt för 3 personer men handdukar för 2 när vi kom på natten. Bett dem att bädda ena sängen för 2 alltså 2 täcken/ lakan men det fungerade ej på hela vistesen trots tillsägelse”

“Great location, just a few minutes walk from Penn Station. Happy staff, very service minded. Restaurant and bar was renovated during out stay, so was closed. Otherwise looked very good. Big room, nice beds, great feeling overall. ”
