“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

“I was worried about our stay having read previous travelers reviews - but my whole family loved our stay at windsong. The property was in great shape, clean and tidy. Lots of towels on the loungers well before we were up. Plenty of room for everyone to get a great seat on the beach or by the pools. The staff were very friendly and kind - shout out to Travis! Very nice place and i must give kudos to the owners and talents to upkeep and run the place. But, there are a few fixtures needed to the place. “We spent 9 nights in the ocean view suite.Very beautiful garden veiw as well.We had a great time staying at The Sands Grace Bay.Our room.was modern, very clean and comfortable. Thanks to our wonderful housekeeper Dueila who made sure our space was freshened up each day.She even converted the twim beds in the room to a queen so my daughter and her partner could rest well. It would be nice to replace the washer and dryer units in the suite.They dated and rusting. Thanks to the bell attendants...

“I loved the poolside cottage with full kitchen. Beach and water fantastic. Restaurant dinners were too crowded and too expensive, but the lunches can be taken at the beech under comfortable umbrellas. Breakfasts great. there was construction noise during the week, and the air conditioners were too loud, but I tuned it all out for the overall great experience.”
