“Although the hotel lobby area is being renovated everything else was Excellent. When I arrived a little early, the front desk staff, David, greeted me in a friendly, welcoming, professional way. He offered to allow me to check in early. The public areas as well as my sleeping room was clean and fresh. The bed and pillows - excellent - very comfortable. A hotel team member who walked by the dining area extended her assistance in helping me and my two friends get hot war for tea. While my stay...

“Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff! Will stay here again on our next trip to the area!”

“I am a Wyndham Rewards member and should have been able to get free WiFi, but was unable to navigate the Byzantine app to secure it. Wasn’t about to pay for it, so I used my cell phone data. Disappointed. Also our room was at the very back end of the building, long long walk for my disabled husband. I took the keys back to the room. I will never get a room at your hotel ever again!”

“Unfortunately, our stay was rather disappointing and fell short of the expectations created by the hotel's website and photographs. On arrival, the reception staff were friendly, cheerful and welcoming. However, the first thing I noticed was the amount of dust and crumbs covering the reception desk, telephone and computer; not the best first impression when checking into a hotel! Things didn't improve much as we made our way to our room on the third floor. The hallway carpet was badly stained...
