“Shine Chalet is a perfect for a short/long stay for a couple. The premise is clean, modern and smart, there is more than adequate space, it is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and a very nice shower, one issue is the minute hand basin, which barely big enough for it’s function. There is nice outside space with table and chairs and a tidy and sizeable car parking area.”

We ended up not staying the night at all, despite paying 357 for a one-night stay – which is completely unreasonable given the state of the property.The outdoor areas were dirty and unusable, with neglected furniture and no signs of recent cleaning. Inside, the sofa and lounge area were grubby and uncomfortable. The whole place felt uncared for and unclean – nothing like the photos or description.The directions provided...

“The caravan was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The shower leaked a bit and was difficult to control the temperature but no biggy really. We paid extra for passes to the site facilities. We used the clubhouse for food and drinks, pool etc. well worth the little extra. Alison was a great host with quick and easy communication.
