“The lodge was clean, comfortable and had everything the two of us and our two dogs needed for a long weekend. It was quiet and had lovely views over the countryside. It’s only a short walk into the village where there are a choice of eating places (but choose wisely-we chose the farmers arms based on their website and it was the most disappointing meal/experience ever). “There were four of us staying at the apartment and we were all very happy with our stay. In the apartment we were staying at there were two beds and one sofa bed. I was told that the beds were comfortable but the sofa bed was, as you might expect with a sofa bed, not very comfortable.
