“Celebrated my birthday in this chalet and I couldn’t ask for a better place! There is (more than) enough space for me and my friends. Staying by the lake was very relaxing, we spent a lot of time in the hot tub just chilling. I appreciate that the kitchen is complete with things that we needed for our dinner. Everything is magnificent. Definitely recommend this place!”

“The house is beautiful, very clean and well provisioned. We very much enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that there are about 40 stairs from the parking area to the front door, which was a bit tricky for my bad back and my daughter’s sore hip. So you should be in decent physical health for that. Otherwise it was a fabulous getaway, very relaxing.”

“Lovely spacious apartment. The Photos don't do it justice. Its really big and lots of storage. Location is perfect by the Canadian History Museum and a quick walk across the Alexandra bridge takes you in to all the main sites in Ottawa Only slight downside is the air conditioning units are really really loud so you can't have them on at night and its really warm in the bedroom. But this might only be a problem for a short time in the year !”

“We had a pleasant stay with our family at this cottage with a group of 10 people. The kitchen is well equipped with blenders, espresso makers, etc. The canoe had holes in it and was dangerous to use but we enjoyed all of the other water activity amenities like kayaks and paddle boards. The lake is clean, small, and very quiet. The view is fantastic from the window/dock. We hosted a wedding at this cottage; the outside area (like the deck) had lots of leaves and spider webs all over the place so...

“The cottage was amazing and the lake was beautiful. Exactly like the listing, the cottage was fully stocked with everything you need, clean and spacious. My only negatives are the digital concierge we were told to refer on a regular basis to for check in, check out, wifi details etc. didn't exist and when I emailed twice about it I received no response - we were not able to access any wifi while we were at the cottage. The only other negative is the mattress in the bunkie, it is more like a...

“Nice big house and big bedrooms. It was not professionally cleaned. Insufficient basic house supplies, dish towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, and only two ceramic coffee cups, one of which had a broken handle”

“Les Suites is located close to the city center where you have anything within walking distance. The people in the reception are nice and friendly, and there is a breakfast restaurant located in the lobby, even though it is small and not so well stocked but with quite high prices. The room is in fact just like a flat, and in my case it had a large livingroom, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms where the master bedroom had a bathroom en suite, a conference room(!) and another bathroom. Great...
