“I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. There were no directions anywhere for the ceiling fan. We finally figured out there was a remote left on one of the night tables for it. “We really enjoyed the privacy of the house. The set up was also really good. Only mild complaint would be the small bathroom and sink/vanity. Also, although the house was clean, it did smell of pet urine. But overall, it was a nice property. ”

“The property was as advertised: spacious and quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware (even a rolling pin!). The refrigerator was clean and had plenty of room for groceries. I was able to wash clothes in the washer/dryer. I definitely want to stay at this place again when I next have leave available.”

“Perfect weekend getaway spot! ”

“Well-appointed cabin for a weekend getaway. The bathroom soaking tub and comfortable beds were a hit. The neighborhood was quiet. Nice to have a Dollar General (some grocery) and She’ll station nearby. We enjoyed the evening on the deck while grilling. The kitchen had enough supplies of make a meal; including a Britta warer pitcher chilling in the fridge. We did not use the washer/dryer or heated bathroom floors. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Would book again! ”

“Do yourself a favor and stay in this home. The Village is a wooded community on rolling hills just south (minutes) from Flagstaff. The back deck looks over a wooded ravine that is just gorgeous. Not what I think of when I think of Arizona. The home is super clean and updated with everything you need. We used the outdoor grill, cooked meals in the kitchen, and did laundry. My husband liked the big TV he could use to log in to his own ROKU stuff. This is not one of those bare minimum homes. We had...

“Great property nestled just south of town. Approximately a 15min drive to downtown Flagstaff to.visit shops, breweries,etc. Stayed for 3 nights. Nice porch to lounge on and a nice escape from the Phoenix heat.Owners were responsive and accomidating. Would recommend 5/5. ”

“This was the best place for a getaway for the month of July from the Phoenix heat! It's clean, spacious, great backyard if bringing a dog and not too far from shopping, lakes and restaurants in Flagstaff. Also, very friendly neighborhood. We would highly recommend this one!”
