“Beautiful clean home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths making it large enough for a big family. There are neighbors but you’d never know when sitting out on the large deck. It seems so secluded. Joel answered all my questions and when there was a problem with VRBO he went out of his way and fixed the issue. Had a great and successful week at this hideaway home.”

“This W Sedona home is conveniently located near great restaurants and wonderful places to visit. The room is quite comfortable and the kitchen is adequate if you are not planning to cook anything. There is a 2-burner hot plate which I used to boil water for tea.Our host was very helpful and we enjoyed our time in Sedona.”

“The house is pretty small and bathrooms are really dated but the location is amazing. The owners/hosts were amazing as well. The neighborhood isn’t great but it didn’t matter at all. Very close to one of the most amazing hikes we went on. Highly recommend any properties these folks have. ”

We did have a lot of adults, and the main living room just did not accommodate all of us very well because the two couches fit only five people and we had seven. The kitchen table was also too small for our large group. It was clean. Just a note that the main room on the first floor does not have a shower. It was super nice to have the snow removed during our stay in April! And the heat wasn't working, but after communication,...
