The apartment itself was beautiful and exactly as we expected after seeing all the listing photos! Honestly made me look into getting an apartment here as Valencia is my home town. “Small but very cute and clean. Great place if you are in Hollywood to explore. Centrally located and views of the Hollywood sign from the building terrace. Our host was very responsive to our questions and needs. It was also great to have parking. Would definitely recommend!”

Walking distance to groceries, Starbucks, and a wonderful little French breakfast /brunch place. Communication was no problem. Entry instructions were very clear.
