“A couple girlfriends and I last minute decided to drive up to MTL from Boston for the new year. David’s place was available and absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, living area was big and comfortable with the open kitchen and the back porch was a huge hit even in the winter. We were walking distance from everything we wanted to see and just steps away from the hustle and bustle of St. Catherine’s. David was super responsive and helpful...

As other reviewers mentioned, the apartment is a walk-up with many stairs. The building is older but the apartment was beautifully renovated and modern. "Området var helt ok med gångavstånd till bra restauranger och butiker. AC fungerade dåligt och väsnades en hel del. Dushen fungerade dåligt med varierande tempratur och vattentryck utan att man rörde reglagen. Frukosten var inte så bra som priset indikerade. Parkering tillgänglig även för stora fordon vilket är ett stort plus."

Poor breakfast. Reception staff not trained.

"Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack of drains."
