“The apartment is nice. It’s an old building and has character. It could really use some TLC the sliding doors in the washroom that cover the water tank and washer and dryer were broken. Whoever painted the apartment could’ve taken more care and trying not to drip paint all over the floor. There is a sitting bench in the apartment and it was all sticky with spelt drinks, so obviously it hadn’t been cleaned.What really bothered me was the smell of cigarette, for an absolutely non-smoking...

“Had a wonderful stay at Kutuma. Very small hotel, only 8 rooms. But they are beautiful. So amazingly well appointed. Large, functional kitchen, great bathroom including jacuzzi, lots of little touches. Also love the fact that they have individual shampoo and bath gel bottles rather than the gross yuck stuff. Service is great , we were even offered tea and coffee at check in. Location is excellent, next to the subway and Latin quarter. This is a great little gem. Will definitely return”

“PROS - Great location and very spacious for 4 to 6 people. Walkable to Old Montreal and Shopping. Check in and check out was seamless as door codes were accurate. Many parking options close by. CONS - I sent 2 messages via Expedia regarding lack of drinking glasses and the AC - no response. Reception was always unoccupied. Re the glasses we found them UNWASHED in the dishwasher the night before we left. That is the reason behind the 2/5 for cleanliness. We figured out the AC...
