“Owner initially took days to answer us but closer to the stay date was extremely responsive and cooperative. The place is old but maintained well. However, we did not get the unit we rented. We were upgraded to the ground floor unit for logistics issues. The owner forgot to turn the heat back on and the air conditioning was still in the window with the plastic insultation on the sides completly riped off. We were able to put our hands outside... Still the host was very helpful and had someone...

“The property is exactly how it is listed. It’s not too far away from the Montreal downtown, maybe 20/25 mins drive based on traffic. There is also a playground around the corner of the property so it’s great if you have kids. The neighbourhood is very calm and quiet. ”
