“The unit is very cute and nicely decorated. Has a very nice kitchen area, which we did not use during our one night stay. The location is excellent - one block walk to the heart of downtown Boone. We were able to easily walk to the Performing Arts center on campus for a concert. A/C is a window unit (not central air), but it felt cool enough for me. “We really enjoyed our stay here. There was a play area for the kids, small pond that you can fish, and a small indoor area with puzzles/games. This place is great for an overnight or extended weekend. It is in a duplex, so if you want more of a private place this wouldn’t be it. Overall, it is clean, and we had a great experience.”
