“The host was incredibly responsive to a question, driving over for an explanation and prepared for a repair, which wasn’t needed. The property was comfortable, centrally located for our weekend, access off highways was simple, check-out was easy and straight forward. We will return if needed for future visits with family living in west Knoxville.”

“David's an excellent host and his place is great. I'm reluctant to tell too many people because I feel like it's a hidden gem. I brought my 10-year-old kid to Knoxville for the first time and we used David's place as basecamp for East TN adventures. Would also be good for a couple with or without a kid or two (maybe more than 2 kids if you're good with coziness)David's place is perfectly located for all the best of the Old City / Market Square / Downtown / Tenn or Bijou Theatres.
