“Couldn't have askd for a better stay! :)”

“Really nice stay at a cute property. Would go back!”

“Even if the house had been a five star, would knock it down a full star due to requirement to use Happy Guest. Found the AI host to be condescending and frustrating to deal with. Will not do another Vrbo that uses Happy Guest.Regarding house: cleanliness and conditions inside the house were good. Cleanliness of deck and deck furniture needed attention. Although it was not mentioned in anemities, hoped that there was a coffee maker but no.Would like to start at 4.5 stars and drop to 3.5 due to...

“We had a wonderful time at the house! We had comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen (although a blender would be a good addition), and the TV was great. Our host was responsive and helpful. We could have used a little more light in the living area for some of our activities, but overall, this was a super comfortable and welcoming place! The fire pit was a perfect addition!”

“The property was unique, with lots of updates to the interior that met and even exceeded our needs (4 TV's!). New appliances and fully stocked with kitchen-ware. Plenty of towels and beds to indeed sleep 10 as described. The host has thought carefully about what you might need during your stay. Outdoor seating is plentiful so if the weather is good, you're all set for hanging out.”

“We loved staying here! The lake is easily accessible and our dogs loved playing in the water. I highly recommend wearing water shoes because the rocks can be sharp. But it’s close to Hannaford’s and other restaurants so there’s no need to pack too much. Can’t wait to come back again next year!”

“Check in details were provided only a few days before our arrival and only after we reached out to inquire. Photos did not include exterior photos of the home so it wasn’t very easy to find, nor were the instructions clear that the “front door” is actually the second floor so instead we walked in to the unfinished basement (also not included in the photos) which made us concerned we were walking in to the wrong house! House was also not very clean unfortunately!”
