“This was a clean and tidy place that fit my group of three perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and clean, the bathrooms were spotless and had a fun emirror. It was easy to get around. The host was gracious with my many questions and allowed us to get in when we showed up unexpectedly early. We enjoyed the side porch for chilling together and drinking tea. I would reccommend the stay in Metropolis.”

“This is a beautiful home exactly as listed! Incredibly clean, modern, and well equipped. The beds were comfy and the deck was ideal for morning coffee and listening to the birds. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking or grilling at home. The hosts have thought of everything. This was the perfect location for our week of hiking, an easy drive to both Garden of the Gods and Little Grand Canyon. Plenty of wineries and restaurants close by as well. We will definitely be back 😊”

“Staff was informative and friendly. Breakfast was great and choice of in house breakfast and passes was unique. Everything was clean…rooms were spacious and well stocked. The area was activity.filled. We went to museums, stores and galleries. Everything was in walking distance. Also there are a variety of restaurants we enjoyed. All in all, Paducah was a charming, hospitable place to visit.”

“Lovely house in a mixed building area. Too far from most areas, but quiet. The back patio was very dirty as was the only chair on deck. The front chair was broken and not usable. House itself is nice and nicely decorated. No dishwasher, so keep that in mind. ”

“Respite was used as a hub to places we could walk to…it was hot but that’s not your fault. We were close to most to places we wanted to visit. We ate breakfast there at most days…delicious. Great staff. A lot of help to find our way around. At night we ate at wonderful restaurants, never the same twice.”
