The location of the house was perfect for us but the neighborhood the property is located in is not the best. The house specifically the kitchen was filthy even though I had reached out to the host prior with concerns about the cleanliness due to previous reviews and his response was “we hired a new cleaning services so that is no longer a concern for my property.” We left the house cleaner than how we found it. The host responded well days prior to our stay and while we were there. However, when I reached out about our concerns from our stay after our trip was over I never heard back. The front door barely stays closed and will only stay shut if you pull the door tight and lock it. Also if you are renting this property with thoughts about using the backyard space/ pool the outdoor space looks NOTHING like the photos. The furniture cushions were torn up and scattered across the backyard. Overall, you can tell this place has been used as a party house and has not been well maintained. Our stay was fine but I wouldn’t jump to recommend this place in the future. It makes sense why the cost to stay at this house was so low. You get what you pay for.
