Motell i West Plains

“Room ok-told there was a coffee maker in the room-was not. The morning breakfast was completely out of coffee which we have never experienced in any stay anywhere-ever! The only respectful employee was the person at the front desk on our arrival. All others seem to feel they were the guest-annoyed when we requested assistance with T.V.-the person said I don’t know either?! But, after a long time they got it to work?! “The price for the room was excellent. The size was more than I needed but thankful that they had a room available in such short notice. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is definitely in the process of renovating and making improvements. That being said the hotel has a lot of improvements to make in order to attract visitors to stay. So I went back to the office and many appoligies and they put me in cabin #4 It was good, a little rustic and had one surge strip that didn't work but the livingroom surge strip worked fine. Got to see fish in the river swimming. The only drawback was the trains. They went thru about 3 times a night, whistle blowing and wheels shreecking. But after the first night you can tune it out.
