The kitchen was well equipped (even a bbq that we used a few times to grill local fish) and there were beach chairs, boogie boards and a surf board for us to use. “When we first arrived the key pad for the front door didn’t have the correct code. The fan didn’t work in one of the bathrooms and the fan in the other bathroom had about 1/8’’ of dust on all the blades. The grounds were in dire need of a Gardner. The bbq had so much gunk on the grates that it took a half hour to burn it off along with intense scraping.
