“The staff was very friendly, and we really liked the breakfast. The only problem we had was that the TV was not working, just kept buffering. And there was no regular coffee for the coffee maker in the room, just decaf.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for the price: they had breakfast sandwiches that could be heated up in the microwave and a machine to make your own waffles. Coffee and juice were good. The facility and rooms were well cleaned but there is an HVAC/ ventilation issue. The main issue that we would want addressed before staying again is that the rooms do not smell fresh-- windows cannot be opened and the rooms smell musty and like mildew. “Upon checking in, we were greeted by several men sitting on the floor on both sides of the very long hallway. It gave me homeless shelter vibes. I counted at least 6 people sitting in the hallway. This should not be allowed. It was very creepy and unacceptable! No hotel should allow this. I didn't want to leave my wife alone to get water, snacks, etc.. It's a shame because the room itself was decent. Overall, a very bad experience. ”
